The Rivers School Conservatory presents the annual Rivers Jazz Festival on Saturday, November 17 at 6:00 p.m. The Festival will feature two professional combos, The Henry Fraser Group and The Greg Hopkins Nonet. The Rivers School Select Combo I and Rivers Big Band will open the festival. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door.

The Festival will conclude with a Jazz Department Faculty Recital on Sunday, November 18 at 3:00 p.m. Faculty members to be featured include: Kaoruko Pilkington, voice; Sue Buzzard, violin; Philippe Crettien, tenor sax; Patrick Mottaz, guitar; Sean Farias, bass; Jim Guttmann, bass; Dan Loschen, piano; and Mike Connors, drums. The Jazz Faculty Recital on November 18 is free and open to the public.
