Rivers Symphony Orchestra

The Rivers Symphony Orchestra was established in 1996 by David Tierney to promote performance opportunities for talented adult and advanced students in the community. Currently in its 17th season, the orchestra performs three concerts each season, in New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall as well as venues throughout MetroWest.

  • Haydn – Symphony No. 104, “London”
  • Mozart – Clarinet Concerto in A Major
    David Martins, clarinet
  • Beethoven – Triple Concerto in C Major
    Triple Helix, piano trio

Auditions & Openings

The RSO rehearses on Mondays from 7:30-9:30 p.m. during the academic year.  All rehearsals are at The Rivers School Conservatory. Interested musicians should make an appointment through RSC to interview/audition with the conductor.  Call 781-235-6840 or e-mail if interested in joining.
